All eyes were on Vegas this weekend as the final AMSOIL Arenacross Series title was up for grabs. Team Babbitt’s Kawasaki rider Jacob Hayes did not disappoint in his chase for the championship, but he wasn’t exclusive to the winner’s circle. Hayes laid down some of the fastest lap times of the night and took home the title. Teammate Ryan Breece came into the night just a few points shy of wrapping up his own title in the West Lites Class. He left no doubt as to who the fastest rider was by setting the top qualifying time and winning his heat race. In the main event, Breece would pull the holeshot, gapped the field and never looked back in taking a comfortable victory. This was his 5th win in six races and allowed him to claim his 2nd Lites West Championship in as many years. The final piece of the Babbitt’s puzzle was Isaac Teasdale who was looking to claim the Lites East title. Unfortunately, a broken sub-frame would de-rail his efforts. He rode on and tried his hardest, but would come up just three points short of the championship.
