It’s a new year and the Moose Racing sponsored riders are off for their respective 2018 seasons. Supercross started out in Anaheim as customary, in front of a huge crowd at Angels Stadium. This marked the first race for the Rock River Powersports Team since partnering with Moose Racing. Both Alex Ray (450) and Bradley Taft (250) made their finals. After a rough start Taft had a solid ride getting into the Top 10, but a late crash dropped him to an 11th place finish. Alex Ray also had issues at the start and had problems getting momentum to push through the field, he ended up 18th overall.
This weekend also brought on the First Round of Arenacross in Dayton, OH. Picking up where he left off last season… and the season before, Gavin Faith scored a 1st place victory, while fellow Team Babbitt’s rider, Jacob Hayes made a trip to the podium with a third place finish. In the Lites Division, Isaac Teasdale grabbed a podium spot with a third place finish.
